Welcome to Jersey Coastal Academy! By registering for or participating in our recreation sports programs, clinics, or camps, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Jersey Coastal Academy offers programs for children ages 3 to 18. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration process and sign the required waiver.

All participants must register online through our official website. By completing registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and/or your child. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse registration if any information is found to be false or incomplete.

Participation in sports programs involves inherent risks. A waiver and release of liability must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before a minor can participate. By signing, you acknowledge and accept those risks on behalf of your child and release Jersey Coastal Academy from any liability related to injuries or incidents that may occur.

We collect personal information during the registration process, including names, contact information, emergency contacts, and medical details necessary for safe participation. All data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and is used solely for the operation and administration of our programs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact the parent/guardian listed on the registration form. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Jersey Coastal Academy staff to seek medical care for your child if necessary and you accept financial responsibility for any associated medical costs.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and peers. Jersey Coastal Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without a refund.

All content on this website, including logos, materials, and images, is the property of Jersey Coastal Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
