Step onto the diamond at Memorial School in Union Beach, NJ and train with purpose. This baseball camp is built to develop fundamentally sound, confident, and competitive players.

In partnership with the Coaches of Memorial School, Jersey Coastal Academy provides detailed instruction in hitting mechanics, proper throwing form, infield and outfield play, pitching fundamentals, base running strategy, and situational awareness. Players will rotate through skill stations, compete in controlled scrimmages, and learn the mental side of the game that separates good players from great ones.

 Get ready to train the right way at Memorial School in Union Beach, NJ, with a Track & Cross Country Camp designed for athletes looking to improve their endurance, speed, running mechanics, and racing strategy.

In collaboration with the Coaches of Memorial School, Jersey Coastal Academy brings structured, high-energy training focused on developing complete runners. Athletes will work on proper running form, stride efficiency, pacing strategy, endurance building, interval training, hill work, and race-day preparation.

Camp sessions will also include dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, strength exercises for runners, agility drills, and competitive timed runs to help athletes track their progress.

This camp emphasizes discipline, mental toughness, and smart training — helping runners become stronger, faster, and more confident in both track events and cross country races.
